Ingredients

- 2 cans (15 oz each) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the crockpot.
- Stir well to combine.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once fully melted and blended, reduce heat to warm.
- Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
- For extra spice, add chopped jalapeños.
- Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
