- 2 chicken
- 1 package Boursin cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Cook chicken until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and Boursin cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Use room-temperature Boursin cheese for easier melting.
- Adjust cream quantity for desired sauce thickness.
