Ingredients

- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle extra cheese, and bake for 10 more minutes.

- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for extra flavor.
- Add frozen peas or carrots for extra veggies.
