Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Stir in flour and butter, cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and add potatoes. Bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Reduce heat, stir in cheese, cream, and Worcestershire sauce until cheese melts.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
