Ingredients

- 8 oz salmon fillet, skin removed
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season salmon with Cajun seasoning and salt.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook salmon for 4 minutes per side, then remove.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan.
- Flake the salmon into the sauce, then mix with pasta.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning for more or less heat.
- Use fresh salmon for best results.
- Replace heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
