Ingredients

  • 8 oz salmon fillet, skin removed
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season salmon with Cajun seasoning and salt.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook salmon for 4 minutes per side, then remove.
  4. In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan.
  6. Flake the salmon into the sauce, then mix with pasta.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.

  • Adjust Cajun seasoning for more or less heat.
