- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup croutons
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken with black pepper and garlic powder.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully done.
- Remove chicken from pan and let rest for 2 minutes.
- Slice chicken and place on a bed of romaine lettuce.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing over chicken.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and croutons on top.
- Serve immediately.
