Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Fold in cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and parsley.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
