Ingredients

- 12 oz bow tie pasta
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cooled pasta to the dressing and toss to coat evenly.
- Fold in cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and parsley.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
- Add cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
