A simple and delicious one-pot creamy tomato pasta that’s rich, comforting, and easy to make.
Ingredients

- 12 oz pasta (penne or your choice)
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in tomato sauce, heavy cream, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Stir well and bring to a simmer.
- Add pasta and enough water to cover it by about an inch.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for better flavor.
- Adjust creaminess by adding more or less heavy cream.
- Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
