A rich and creamy shrimp fettuccine alfredo made in one pan for easy preparation and cleanup.
Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- Pour heavy cream into the pan and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Return cooked shrimp and pasta to the pan. Toss until well coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Shrimp can be substituted with chicken or omitted for a vegetarian version.
