- 2 boneless, skinless chicken
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Add frozen mixed vegetables if using.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken with a fork before serving.
Notes
- Serve over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.
- For extra flavor, add a dash of paprika or thyme.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
