Description
A sweet and tangy cranberry apple chutney that pairs perfectly with meats, cheeses, or as a holiday side dish.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- Great with roasted turkey, chicken, or pork.
- Adjust sugar to taste for desired sweetness.
