- 15 mini phyllo shells
- 100g brie cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme (optional)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
- Add one cube of brie to each shell.
- Top with 1/2 tsp cranberry sauce per shell.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with thyme or drizzle honey if desired.
Notes
- Use pre-made phyllo shells for convenience.
- Brie rind is edible but can be removed if preferred.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for 2 days.
