Ingredients

Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries and drain well.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and water.
- Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst and mixture thickens (about 10 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Let cool to room temperature.
- Serve chilled with whipped cream if desired.

- Adjust sugar to taste if cranberries are too tart.
