- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cotton candy flavored syrup
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup cotton candy sprinkles
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and cotton candy syrup.
- Fold in mini marshmallows.
- Pour mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle cotton candy sprinkles on top and gently press them in.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Use gel food coloring if you want a more vibrant color.
- Adjust sweetness by reducing the cotton candy syrup if needed.
