  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Fold in white chocolate chips and cranberries.
  5. Spread batter into pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth. Spread over cooled bars.
  8. Sprinkle chopped cranberries on top. Drizzle melted white chocolate.
  9. Cut into bars and serve.
