Make your own version of the famous cranberry bliss bars at home with this easy recipe.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Fold in white chocolate chips and cranberries.
- Spread batter into pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth. Spread over cooled bars.
- Sprinkle chopped cranberries on top. Drizzle melted white chocolate.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For a chewier texture, slightly underbake the bars.
- Use fresh cranberries if dried are unavailable.
