Delicious cocktail meatballs coated in a sweet and tangy cranberry chili sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 can (14 oz) cranberry sauce
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape into small meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked meatballs to the sauce and stir gently.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can use ground turkey instead of beef.
- For extra spice, add a dash of hot sauce.
- Meatballs can be made ahead and frozen.
