- 1 cob loaf
- 250g cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet French onion soup mix
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the top off the cob loaf and hollow out the bread.
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, French onion soup mix, shredded cheese, and chives in a bowl.
- Spoon the mixture into the hollowed cob loaf.
- Place the filled loaf on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm with bread pieces and vegetable sticks.
