- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix 1 cup flour, butter, and 1/4 cup powdered sugar in a bowl until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Whisk eggs, granulated sugar, 2 tbsp flour, lemon juice, lemon zest, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Pour the filling over the baked crust.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
- Cool completely, then dust with powdered sugar.
- Cut into bars and serve.
