Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add milk, oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  4. Fill muffin cups halfway with batter.
  5. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over batter.
  7. Top with remaining batter.
  8. Drizzle melted butter over the tops.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
