- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts, carrots, and green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread vegetables on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Add cranberries and drizzle with honey.
- Roast for another 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Serve warm.
