Ingredients
Scale
- 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 100ml heavy cream
- 50g unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50g powdered sugar
Instructions
- Chop chocolate into small pieces
- Heat cream and butter in a saucepan until simmering
- Pour hot cream over chocolate and stir until smooth
- Add vanilla and powdered sugar, mix well
- Chill mixture for 2 hours
- Roll into small balls and coat with cocoa powder
- Chill for another hour before serving
