Instructions
- Chop chocolate into small pieces and place in a heatproof bowl.
- Heat cream in a saucepan until just boiling, then pour over chocolate.
- Let it sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Add butter and vanilla, stir until fully combined.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
- Coat with cocoa powder, nuts, or coconut.
- Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
