Description

A festive spinach dip served in a breadstick Christmas tree shape.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 2 tubes (11 oz each) refrigerated breadstick dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, spinach, ranch mix, cheddar cheese, and bell pepper in a bowl.
  3. Unroll breadstick dough and separate into strips.
  4. Arrange strips on a baking sheet in a tree shape, leaving space for the dip.
  5. Spoon spinach dip into the center space.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until breadsticks are golden.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Drain spinach thoroughly to prevent watery dip.
  • Use kitchen scissors to cut breadstick dough if needed.
