A festive twist on classic cinnamon rolls, shaped like a Christmas tree for holiday cheer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- Green food coloring (optional)
- Red candies or sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, yeast, warm milk, melted butter, egg, and salt in a bowl.
- Knead dough for 5 minutes until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll dough into a rectangle. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll dough tightly from the long side. Cut into 12 slices.
- Arrange rolls in a tree shape on a baking sheet. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until golden.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze. Add green food coloring if desired.
- Drizzle glaze over rolls. Decorate with red candies.

- Dough should double in size during rising.
