- 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
- 100g butter, melted
- 200g white chocolate, chopped
- 100g dried cranberries
- 100g pistachios, chopped
- 1 can (395g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mix crushed biscuits and melted butter, then press into the tray.
- Sprinkle cranberries and pistachios over the biscuit base.
- Heat condensed milk and vanilla in a saucepan until warm.
- Add white chocolate, stir until melted and smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the base, spreading evenly.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- Substitute cranberries with raisins if preferred.
- Add a sprinkle of sea salt for extra flavor.
