A delicious and festive Christmas salmon recipe that’s perfect for holiday gatherings.

- 1 whole salmon (about 4–5 lbs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the salmon and pat it dry with paper towels.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Rub the salmon with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange lemon slices, rosemary, and thyme on top of the salmon.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can use salmon fillets if a whole salmon is not available.
- Adjust baking time based on the thickness of the salmon.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
