Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out pie crust and press into a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, and milk.
- Stir in cheese, ham, spinach, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Pour mixture into pie crust.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
