- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup red and green sprinkles
- 1 cup cream cheese frosting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in sprinkles. Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely. Spread frosting over the top and cut into squares.
