A festive pasta salad perfect for Christmas potlucks, combining seasonal flavors and colors.
Ingredients

- 12 oz pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/3 cup pitted olives
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion, and olives.
- In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top before serving.
