Ingredients

- 12 oz pasta (rotini or penne)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, olives, red onion, feta, and basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
