  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 carrots, chopped
  • 4 potatoes, cubed
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Season the roast with salt and pepper.
