A festive poke cake perfect for Christmas celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 box strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 tub whipped topping
- Red and green sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix cake mix, water, oil, and eggs.
- Pour batter into greased 9×13 pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Cool cake for 10 minutes.
- Poke holes in cake with fork.
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Add cold water to gelatin.
- Pour gelatin over cake.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Spread whipped topping.
- Add sprinkles.
Notes
- Use any color gelatin for different holidays.
- Add fresh berries for extra flavor.
- Store covered in refrigerator.
