Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk. Stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Let cool, then cut into small squares.
- Mix powdered sugar and water for glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over petit fours and add sprinkles.
