Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.

- Coat the roast evenly with the spice mix.
- Sear the roast in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Place the roast in a roasting pan and add minced garlic and beef broth.
- Roast for 1.5-2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
