- 24 mini phyllo cups
- ¼ cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, smoked paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Spoon the mixture into mini phyllo cups.
- Top each cup with a small amount of cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute cranberry sauce with fig jam for a different flavor.
- These can be made ahead and reheated before serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
