- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 package puff pastry sheets, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, bacon, and garlic powder.
- Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut into 2-inch squares.
- Place a small spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush each triangle with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute bacon with ham or omit for a vegetarian version.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
