Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix breadcrumbs, celery, onions, butter, salt, pepper, sage, and thyme in a bowl.
- Stuff the turkey cavity with the mixture.
- Place turkey in a roasting pan and cook for 3-4 hours.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 20 minutes before carving.
