Ingredients

- 1 cup butter, softened
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups stuffing mix
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1/2 cup almonds, sliced
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Rub turkey with softened butter, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff turkey with prepared stuffing mix.
- Roast turkey for 3-4 hours until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Boil potatoes until tender, then mash with milk and butter.
- Sauté green beans and almonds for 5 minutes.
- Serve turkey with mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberry sauce.
Notes
- Thaw turkey in the refrigerator for 2-3 days before cooking.
- Use a meat thermometer to check doneness.
