Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add softened butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in cranberries and nuts.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 30–35 minutes.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- You can replace cranberries with raisins or dried cherries.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon.
