Instructions
- Preheat grill or pan to medium-high heat.
- Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form into 4 patties and cook for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Add cheese slices in the last minute of cooking.
- Toast buns lightly.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the buns.
- Layer arugula, burger patty, and cranberry sauce.
- Serve immediately.
