Instructions

- Roast the turkey breast for 45 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Arrange the smoked salmon on a serving platter.
- Roast the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
- Warm the cranberry sauce and stuffing before serving.
- Cook the mini sausages in a pan for 10 minutes.
- Slice the bread and set it out with the cheese platter.
- Place mixed nuts in small bowls.
- Heat the mulled wine gently before serving.
- Arrange all dishes on the buffet table.
