- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- Dip bread slices in the egg mixture.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook bread slices until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Top with cranberries, pecans, and maple syrup.
- Serve warm.
