Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar dissolves.
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into ice pop molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
- Remove from molds and serve.
Notes
- Use full-fat ingredients for creamier pops.
- If you don’t have molds, use small paper cups and popsicle sticks.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of salt to the mixture.
