  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup carrots, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
  2. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  5. Add broccoli and carrots in the last 30 minutes.
  6. Serve over rice.
