Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup tahini sauce
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Spread cooked rice on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 15 minutes until crispy.
- Mix lettuce, tomatoes, and parsley in a bowl.
- Add crispy rice and cooked chicken.
- Drizzle with tahini sauce and lemon juice.
- Toss gently and serve.
