A simple and hearty crockpot recipe combining chicken and potatoes for a comforting meal at home.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Place diced potatoes and sliced onion at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Lay chicken on top of the vegetables.
- Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika over the chicken.
- Pour chicken broth into the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can add carrots or celery for extra vegetables.
- For a creamier texture, stir in 1/2 cup heavy cream during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
