A quick and delicious flatbread topped with chicken, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.
Ingredients

- 1 pre-made flatbread or naan
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil.
- Layer shredded chicken, mozzarella, and tomatoes on top.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and top with fresh basil.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
- Substitute pesto for balsamic glaze if preferred.
