Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made flatbread or naan
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil.
  3. Layer shredded chicken, mozzarella, and tomatoes on top.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts.
  5. Remove from oven and top with fresh basil.
