  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped cherries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
  4. Fold in chopped cherries.
  5. Pour half the batter into the pan.
  6. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spoon over batter.
  7. Top with remaining batter.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
