Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté bell pepper and onion until softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Return steak to the skillet. Add beef broth, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
  7. Add cooked pasta and mix until combined.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Cover and let melt for 2 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
